Group EMDR for Stabilisation and Desensitisation — 2026

This small group offering is for adults who are seeking a gentle, structured space to reconnect with steadiness and work with experiences that have been carried over time — without pressure to disclose personal details or revisit events in a graphic or overwhelming way. You work alongside others, but your attention stays with your own internal experience. Sharing is optional. There is no expectation to tell your story.

The focus is on stabilisation, pacing, and integration, rather than intensive trauma processing.

Who This Space May Suit

This group may be a good fit if:
